Ensure at least 50% of participants are from Nottingham city postcodes
Establish a KS3 Development Team (Sept 2026)
Improve confidence, resilience, and long-term participation in sport
Create stronger links between schools and local football pathways

Exceptional School Football Coaching
- Weekly sessions in multiple schools, adapted to their context
- Open access for girls aged 11–16
- Delivered by charismatic, inspiring coaches
- Focus on enjoyment, skill development, and confidence

Belief Tournaments
- Half-termly tournaments
- Inclusive, festival-style competition
- Opportunity for girls to experience structured matches
- Identification of players for progression

Belief Development Squads
- 2–3 training sessions per week
- Bi-weekly fixtures against local grassroots teams
Future Expansion:
- KS4 team (from 2027)
- Working with schools to provide both mentoring and leadership programmes, connected to local industry
